The Union Academy Athletic Program is based on a simple philosophy:
We want to make our student athletes function as TEAM players, while instilling sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline and a winning attitude. It is our true belief that competitive team sports conducted in a nurtured and ethical environment, constructs the core values that will assist as a guiding force through life.
We will help our student athletes understand that a successful team requires a great deal of time, discipline and dedication by each member of the team. We will also help our players understand that their participation in Union Academy athletics is a significant portion of their school experience, and that their discipline must be exemplified both on and off the playing fields.
